Summer Time and Photography!

Updated: Aug 26

Summer is a great time to dust off your camera and make new memories!

Summer is a great time to dust off your camera and make some new memories. Whether is digital, film or videos, it is always fun to make new memories with your camera. The weather is warm, the sun is out, the grass is green, people are out living their best lives.

We do not have to travel far from our home to take photo's. There are always parks, backyards, public pools. For instance, the other day I saw a grandmother feeding her 17-month-old granddaughter and ice cream cone. The little girl did not lick the ice cream, she was so happy that she stuck her whole face into the ice cream. It was a great time for the grandmother to take pictures and video's.

At the same time a little girl bought her dog special doggy ice cream (I did not know there was such a thing) at this ice cream store. The parents were taking pictures and videos of the little girl and her dog devouring ice cream.

I found this great article by James Artaius on the best beginners cameras for 2024!
